In Malaysia and Singapore, "cibai" and "been" are two hokkien dialect taboos in Chinese public socials.
To have a clear explanation,

1)"cibai":equals to English "cunt";

2)"been":means English "face".
Obviously, after the process of combination between these words,"cibai been" means "cuntface".
