"what is your problem?"
basically the same thing, except replacing problem with damage makes you sound twenty years out of date

common response, said very quickly as if it were one word, to any question or statement that comes across as incoherent.

Phrase taken from the 2004 movie "The Girl Next Door." Can be used when disscussing sexual exploits, excessive drug usage, great plays in sports, a good book, and nearly anything. That's What A Man Does can be said at anytime when describing nearly anything that a man would do. Also, That Is So NOT What A Man Does can be used as a phrase of discontent towards something your buddy has done that offends you (ugly chicks, forget to pay you back for beer, etc.)
Me:Dude, I got so crunk last night I did two chicks at once on the roof.
Shane: YEA BABY THATS WHAT A MAN DOES.
Me:Except one was like 300 pounds and the other had backne like mad.
Andrew: No dude, so not what a man does.

This term started in Brooklyn in the late 90's. It is either used as a call for challengers or to state dominance in something.
Come from the urban term "You dont want it" which is HOOD for "You're not ready for ME".
The proper English equivalents of "Who Want What?" would be "Who's Next?", "Who Can Fuck With Me?", or "None of y'all can fuck with me!"
"Who Want What" was also the title of a song by Memphis Bleek and Jay-Z where it was used in the same manner on the chorus.
The term is also used in Asher Roth's song "College". He mentions walking in a party and seeing people playing pool, to which he exclaims "who want what!"
