Hype cannot be created or destroyed, but only changed from one form to another

Why did Marvel have to release the second Captain America: Civil War trailer right before the release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice? Due to The Law of Conservation of Hype, some of my BVS hype has now been transferred to Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
