Nonsensicocamamirationarigamarole

When someone in management makes poor decisions that are not based on any form of reasoning other than a "gut feeling". The decisions cause unnecessary amounts of work while having a waterfall effect that can cause incredibly undesirable results. The lack of real knowledge about their decisions doesn't prevent them from happening and it's impossible to reason against. The end result usually increases stress and ends up causing late nights, short weekends and no vacations.

Usually short bosses provide the instructions from their superiors, snow balling the effects to an even larger degree of Nonsensicocamamirationarigamarole.

Boss: I noticed that your car is moving fine on it's own. What if we took the tires off of it and then you pushed it instead of driving it? It's friday night but I want you to start on the project right away.

Also, I don't want you to slow down traffic so figure out some way to prevent that...

You: Yes sir/ma'am.

You now need to perform Nonsensicocamamirationarigamarole to make your boss happy even though it is Nonsensicocamamirationarigamarole.

Clown Nose

A euphemism for the practice of some professional comedians to wade into serious discussions on political, economic and or/ social issues and take firm stances, only to fall back on the excuse that they're "just a comedian" whenever their views are challenged or refuted. Usually used as "clown nose on/clown nose off" to illustrate the switch a comedian performs between trying to be taken seriously as a pundit and trying to deflect any actual debate by claiming to be a jokester.

Comic: *clown nose off* "And that's why I sincerely believe that we need to pass new laws to eliminate unemployment!"

Guest: "But 0% unemployment would drive up wages due to the lack of available workers to fill jobs, which would cause a ripple effect that raised the cost of goods and services."

Comic: *clown nose on* "...Look, pal, I just host a late-night comedy show. If you're taking this seriously, there must be something wrong with you! Ah-WOCKA-WOCKA!"

Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk is a character of George Clinton, the leader of Parliament Funkadelic, mentioned prominently in the song Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk as well as Aqua Boogie (Psychoalphadiscobetabioaquadoloop) and others. The name is taken from Cyrano de Bergerac, a Parisian known for his large proboscis. The Nose is known to be possessed of no funk and will never dance, unless, of course, he is shot by the Bop Gun.
