Take the Coriolis effect into account.

The one piece of universally applicable advice that adequately explains any situation. Usually used by a superior professional to a beginning professional, when the former has taught absolutely nothing to the latter.

Nurse: Holy shit dozens of people are coming in with unknown ailments!
Doctor (Going on break): you'll do fine. Remember, take the Coriolis effect into account.
Nurse: What about variable humidity?
Doctor: Yeah, that too.

Student: How am i supposed to know what to study for the final?
Tutor: Look, our time us up. Just take the coriolis effect into account, and you'll do fine.
Student: Did we cover variable humidity?
Tutor: Yes, that will be on the exam.

Original example:
Cpt macmillan: Remember what i've taught you. Keep in mind variable humidity and windspeed along the bullet's flight path. Also, at this distance, you'll have to take the Coriolis effect into account.

Is when a person turns up late, usually after getting lost , missing the bus, train etc. The party that watches him/her arrive late for something, sometimes is inclined to give hand gestures and have a discussion on what excuses there are for being late.

The Rubin Effect

When a person has the effortless ability to get/pull/attract/reel in girls. It can be used to many peoples advantage. A male who has the Rubin Effect can just stand still and girls will flock to him. He is also often compared to look like a certain celebrity, adding to the effect.

Dude 1: Dude, tonight i'm looking to score with some hot girls, what do you suggest?

Dude 2: Well I have the Rubin Effect so you can throw me out like a fishing rod and then reel me in and this will in turn bring you some girls.
