The feminine version of Fo'sho, used by women, or a flamboyant homosexual male. For Sure, Yes, Okay, Used as an agreeing word when given a compliment.

Used as a replacement word for "Fo'sho" by a female.

Friend 1:"Hey Girl, those shoes look HOT on you!"
Friend 2: "Fo'Shay girl, thanks!"

Friend 1: "That man is fine."
Friend 2 "FO'SHAY!!!"

a name given to a girl that is caarazy, spontaneous, sweet, kind, harmless (unless uber pissed) and is not very likely to pull a gat on your ass..thus needing a completely contrasting name.

Person 1: Has anyone seen Pimp Nigga Shay?
Person 2: The really nice and calm not likely to pull a gat on you one??
Person 1: YESS!
Person 2: Oh yeah..she's over there.

Carly Shay 

The main protagonist of the 2007 Nickelodeon show iCarly, and its 2021 Paramount+ revival. She is good friends with Sam Puckett, Freddie Benson, and Gibby Gibson. Her brother is Spencer Shay. In the 2021 revival, Sam is replaced by Harper, Carly's roommate in the show. Freddie stays at Bushwell Plaza, with his mother, Marissa, along with Spencer. Carly is known to be a very sweet girl, who can be rebellious sometimes. Her enemies are Nevel Papperman, Nora Dershlit, and a bunch of other antagonists.
