Scoticus is a new nickname for people called Scott. It started at a school in Rossington (Doncaster, England).
The name, however, is more commonly none in the gay males of the name Scott.
The name started in 2004 and has (to my knowledge) only being given to one person. the person to which the name was invented for.

1. First of which is talking about something your good at or a hobby of yours that you really enjoy.
2. Saying that something is cool, usualy something thats hippyish.
