The act of one or more persons acting like Jerks. usually you can tell if someone is Pissy-Pissy by how there acting, here are some visuals to look out for:

1.) Being very sour.
2.) Not talking to you.
3.) Not listening to you.
4.) Talking Shit about you.
5.) Being a Faggle.

Not to be mistaken for Sour, as it is a very different thing.
