Word coming from a short anime song inspired from Jingle Bells(Write PADORU PADORU on Youtube if you want to listen to it, it's quite addictive).
It's how Japanese pronounce "paddle" with the meaning of walking slowly, which makes sense considering the context.

Person who's great at making a vibe very chill and always turning up when needed. Can be boring asf sometimes but that probly cuz u boring asf too. basically the opposite of peadar and is just a really chill, dope person. You ain't gonna have problems with this guy...probably because he's italian and knows he could cause way more problems for you then you could for him. Mans is also stunning asf probably why he always stealing ur girl
