The Rank 1 Mentality is the belief that if you aren't the best at something now, you will be later. People with the Rank 1 Mentality are often extremely confident and prideful. They are motivated to grind every day until they are able to enjoy their spot at the top.

Without the Rank 1 Mentality you won't have the resolve needed to make it to the top.

Herd Mentality

A very common disease that is often displayed in Politically-Correct People.

One typical example of this is when a chorus sings a patriotic song such as "The Star-Spangled Banner", the audience thinks they should stand up and sing along just in case anyone wants to question their patriotism. Quite hard to cure, highly amusing.

Random movie theater audience member: Wow, that was such a great movie that I think I'll get up and clap!

*the whole audience notices and does the same*

Another more sensible audience member: ...They do know that they're applauding at an inanimate object, right?

Me: Poor souls, they've been inflicted with Herd Mentality.

sup-bro mentality

The mind state of a serious bro. You have got to be thinking about the swell, hanging out with top mints, longboarding, greeting others with "sup bro?", noticing your best bro's tan, and find yourself most attractive with your shirt off.

We were boarding down Hall when all of a sudden SC's sector9 split and he started freaking out. I told him to bring back the sup-bro mentality and things went back to being chill.
