Another way of giving a positive response to someone instead of saying "Yes." It is derived from "Chyea" and "yerp."

It does not necessarily have to be a response to a question, but can also mean "I agree with you"

It is one syllabel; prounounced "CH yerp," (rhymes with "yerp")
