Trailer Park Lawyer

A person with no legal training or education who argues with authorities about their rights or laws using their opinions or incorrect information that has no legal legitimacy. They are often seen on reality shows like "COPS", or in viral videos ranting about "their rights" or how police can't search their car or that they have some legal right to go into their ex's house to retrieve property.

That lady was such a "Trailer Park Lawyer" when she said that she had the right to take the neighbor's moped because he took the pot plant out of her back yard!

trailer park conservative

A poor conservative. Often times someone with very little means who votes against their own interest. If they have government funded healthcare they often vote for the party that wants to get rid of it. They also are the ones who take government aid, but deny it in order to keep face among their conservative friends.

Hank is such a trailer park conservative, he got his welfare check the other day, but refuses to tell anyone about it.

I went to middle school with this guy who showed up every day with the same sleeveless Megadeth shirt on with unkempt hair, and he had the most glorious trailer park tan that I had ever seen. Even a power washer couldn't clean him up.
