It's basically a word used in the modern internet word. It means that if someone says that someone is "Haha you're gay" but in this occassion, they say "No u" back, which turns their words against them.

Jewish U turn

When there is a long line of cars waiting to get into a parking lot, gate, etc., so you drive past the line, turn around, and join the line from the other direction where the line is shorter.
