Where a precedent can change & a precedence is norm a preDEDence never will.

Alternatively 'prededent' for imminent inference of a immediate prededence.

Ex1: The Vatican will always rape people it's a prededence.

Ex 2: Guy- 'That guy he's about to jump!'

Guy 2: If no one cares for me I might as well be prededent to this world.

Will also ruin people's lives and/or careers assuming they (the person whose lives and/or careers are being ruined) do not share the same opinions they have.
