A list made at 4am while on addy of all the projects you want to do but can’t because of noise or lack of tools. Typically ranging from what can be accomplished in the next day, tasks that will be completed within the week and various projects that may get done at some point or never.

Get the Dinnlers Listmug. The opposite of a "To-Do List", and isn't literally a list, but just an expression. Normally used when a friend/collleague/person says something that you should do/get and don't agree with. First appeared on the G4 TV Show "Code Monkeys".
