Gnarlar

A gnarlar is the stereotypical uber computer/programmer/gaming nerd; but mostly one who does not see daylight, lives on protein bars and energy drinks, and has bad social skills and has no concept of grooming or fashion. The opposite of brogrammer.

His roommate is such a gnarlar. I've only seen him once - he makes hermits look well-groomed.

Gnarlio

Derived from the word gnarly. Invented by the locally known surfing prophet Sammy T. Similar to coolio.
Its main difference between these words is it is said in a far more chilled out fashion. When saying it the speaker must make it seem as they are stoned. Should be used when something good comes up.
