Chilling Effect Theory (Proof)

A variant examining how the demand for “proof”—often defined in impossibly strict terms—chills inquiry into topics where proof, as demanded, cannot exist. This is common in debates about historical events, consciousness, spiritual experience, or emergent phenomena. By insisting on a standard that cannot be met, the demand for proof effectively bans the topic from serious discussion. The theory explains how intellectual policing uses “proof” as a shutters, not a standard.

Example: “She wanted to study the lived experience of meditation; he said she couldn’t because she couldn’t ‘prove’ consciousness exists. Chilling Effect Theory (Proof): using an impossible standard to close down inquiry.”

High Chilling

When an employee, by balls of steel or superior family relations, relaxes in front of superiors during work hours and generally does not give a crap.

"Whoa, did you see Sammy over there browsing facebook while his boss was talking to him?"

"His boss is his uncle, he isn't worried, hes going be high chilling all day and nobody will do anything about it."

cold chilling

The term "Cold Chilling" refers to a turkey or chicken when you by it at the supermarket and it is chilling in a refridgerator of some sort. The turkey is "cold chilling". To use it in average talk, you would use it as a substitute for relaxing or being lazy.
•Person 1: "What are you up too?"
•Person 2: "Just cold chilling."
•Person 1: "I'm having a total lazy day too"
