Bill pulled a huge stack of cash from his wallet, and handed it to his friend Jeff. Jeff, amazed, counted the stack to find it was made of mostly ones. Jeff was given a Tijuana Wad.

a derogatory name used by someone usually a parent who has had to curb his/her language. So instead of calling someone an asshole, shit head or mother fucker, they substitute filth wad.
