A person who is weird and has a beird. It's also a person who looks weird because of their beird, or a person who is weird and doesn't have a beird, but you want to add "with a beirdo" to your plain old ordinary "weirdo". It's from the movie Evan Almighty.

Probably one of the greatest singers who ever lived, Weird Al makes a sucessful singing career off of parodying some of today's most popular singers.
