Phoebe is an amazing friend. She’s sweet, smart and beautiful. She has an amazing sense of style and a perfect body to show it off on. She has brown hair, usually cut around shoulder length, and brown eyes. She goes through a lot of boyfriends, however she’s not like that (iykyk).
