Someone who wants to sound intelligent and important ; but doesn't have enough knowledge about a issue that he/she is attempting to discuss (effectively) with other people who are sufficiently informed about the topic.

Nikita is amazing. She is the sweetest most loving, caring friend you could ask for. She will somehow always come up with the stupidest comebacks and jokes, which will always make you laugh. She is good at EVERYTHING! And I mean everything. She’s creative, athletic, sporty, smart and so, so confident; she will get up on stage and do a speech on why everyone should play Pokémon for gods sake. You should take a page out of her book.
