At that speech, she vetoed that bill, so in Hawaii, it is legal to discriminate against transgendered people if they are applying to work for you. Also, she has refused marriage and Civil Union bills, so in Hawaii, it is illegal for gays to be in either. She should not be the next Senate seat for Hawaii, or have any power at all.
