Canada...
Considerd the United States lesser counter part, this being untrue we add many things to the world and try to do our part.I don't really understand why the heck someone would compare or make fun of us we are all equal. It is true that Americans have been to know a little less about us than we know about them, but thats okay. I love this country and the things it stands for, it is a beautiful place with just as many wonderful people as every other place.
But weather you are naturally Canadian or some one visting us, I urge you to show your love to this great country..."United we stand divided we fall"...(The Americans couldn't have said it better)
So from Halifax to Victoria, we should all proud to be...
Canadian

Canadark

The fifth season in Canada. It's the same as winter, except there is no sunlight for 8 weeks. Its usually a bad time to be out because you can get attacked by polar bears, who basically run the country during Canadark.

The order goes: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and finally, Canadark.
Jim: Where are you? Its too dark in here
Frank: On the couch!
Jim: What are you doing this Canadark?
Frank: Im playing Halo 3 and getting laid.
Jim: Because the darkness hides your ugliness?
Frank: Exactly!
Jim: Have you seen my sister?
Frank: -grin-

Canada

Second biggest Country in the world, known for kick-ass musicians (Sam Roberts, The Tragically Hip, Diana Krall, Feist, Sarah McLaughlin etc.) maple syrup, hockey, lacrosse, insulin, the telephone, poutine, chesterfields, peace.... etc., etc.

Pretty beautiful country. From the coasts of Vancouver Island to the P.E.I, Canada has it all. Boreal Forest, Praries, Tundra, you name it, we got it.
Canada is awesome!

canada

A country bordering America with nice people, but it's fair share of not so nice ones, smart people and idiots, anorexic freaks and obese people, and all that normal jazz. Canada's just a country like anyone else, we don't live in igloos and have pet beavers, (although a beaver tail is a very popular dessert). We're not usually all that happy with our government either, America isn't the only country with that problem. We don't live in parkas and go skiing every day and unlike popular belief we DO have electricity up here. Parts of the USA are farther north than Toronto and Windsor, for example. So don't show up at the border wearing a snowsuit + skis in july. We have summer here too. We're normal people, and have our stereotypes, just like America may, or any other country.

My name is Alex.
And I - AM - CANADIAN!
Hey, I'm not a lumberjack, or a fur trader....
I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber, or own a dogsled....
and I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada,
although I'm certain they're really really nice.

I have a Prime Minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it 'about', not 'a boot'.

I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peace keeping, not policing,
diversity, not assimilation,
and that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch,
and it is pronounced 'zed' not 'zee', 'zed' !!!!

Canada is the second largest landmass!
The first nation of hockey!
and the best part of North America

My name is Joe!!
And I am Canadian!!!
