(1) A nothing word used in interviews to signal that you're okay with being exploited by employers.
(2) A poor soul that was manipulated by their company to prioritize work at the cost of everything else. Thinks their repressed depression is an alignment issue.

Interviewer: "And what's your greatest weakness?"
Interviewee/Prospective Inmate: "I'm a perfectionist!"

Wife: "I am worried about you! You've been sitting inside the home office and working for weeks now!"
Husband: "Work is important for our finances! You think our money will just grow by itself?"
Wife: "You're a workaholic! We don't even have sex anymore! How can you live like that!?"
Husband: "So I should just give up my job and have sex all day, is that what you think?"

workaholic slackers 

An individual who is a workaholic when they decide to do work but a slacker the rest of the time. Such individuals cannot just work a moderate pace because their workaholic instincts would kick in and result in them becoming actual workaholics. Workaholic slackers usually turn to xbox and beer to prevent themselves from working

Kantaloupe and Slammy are such workaholic slackers in law school. They downed a case of beer just to keep themselves from doing more law review assignments

procrastinating workaholic

Dan: My therapist said that I'm a procrastinating workaholic. Because once I start working on something, I work so hard that I injure myself by forgetting to breathe and do all this other stuff. I just have a problem getting started. For me, it's like a perfectionism thing. Like, I can't just do something and try my best. I'm like, "If I do this thing, it has to be amazing." It doesn't matter if it's an essay, a YouTube video or tidying my bedroom. I'll be like, "If I do this, I have to DO it, man!" And that's the thing, I put this fear in myself. If I were just someone who was like, "I can just do it." You know, roll with the punches. Go with the flow of life. But for me, it's like a perfectionism thing. It's that I know that when I start it, I am going to work so hard that I'm going to be bleeding. Because I care too much, because I'm a freak. I'm definitely someone that cares.

Workaholics 

A Comedy Central show that first aired in early April of 2011 and is absolutely hilarious. It follows three friends living and working together after college. Blake Anderson, Adam DeVine and Anders Holm star in this scripted comedy where they spend their days selling time shares and their nights partying. Even though college ended, the fun hasn't.
