Wi Fi bat po

My Wi-Fi is unbreakable. Derived from a Cantonese phrase in Hong Kong kung fu movies known as "wai faai bat po," which literally means "only speed is unbreakable." The Wi-Fi version came to be when Mike Tyson said the phrase it originates from in the wrong tone.

A person who (usually secretly) makes use of an unsecured wireless internet signal belonging to another entity. Also, one who hacks into or otherwise compromises a wireless network to in order to access free wireless internet. Contraction of "wireless pirate" and a play on the term "wi-fi."

Wi-Denied

What happens when you try ( and sometime succeed, briefly ) to pirate a neighbor's or a HotSpot's wireless connection.

Can also be used when your own PC acts up and does not cooperate with the Wi-Fi connectivity.

During my 2 hour lay-over in LAX, my computer Wi-Denied me. All I could do was play solitaire. :(
