urdict

Originally a search engine abbreviation to query the website Urban Dictionary, “urdict”, a play on the word, edict, denotes any term that has gained sufficient everyday social currency to merit inclusion in the official English language canon, despite it’s technically unofficial linguistic status. In other words, its degree of usage is such that — as an edict of sorts — it’s colloquial legitimacy and cultural significance cannot be refuted.

Everyone is using 'lol' now, and I know it's not in the dictionary, but we all know what it means and use it in conversation everyday: it's an unquestionable urdict.

Urticaria

The worst non-contagious, non-fatal skin disease a human being can acquire. Basically it is an allergic reaction. Most of the time it is unknown what causes the hives to appear on the human body. Some say it is stress related, otherwise determining the source is nearly impossible. Hives are red, splotchy spots that appear on your body and they itch like a bitch. The worst case is that they can appear everywhere, I mean everywhere on the body. The worst place to get them is on the palms of your hands as it is very annoying, itchy and painful. After you think they are gone, the hives come back within months. Benadryl usually helps keep them at bay. What makes them worse is spicy food, shrooms, and sitting in hot tubs

teen: mom, dad I keep getting these rashes every day, and they won't stop

Dad: let me see

teen lifts shirt up, revealing a whole shitload of hives

mom and dad: HOLY FUCKING ASSCRACKERS!!!!!

an hour later at urgent care

doctor: son, you have urticaria, it is difficult to determine the cause and there is no cure for it. Take some Benadryl, it should help

after two weeks with Benadryl

teen: the hives are gone!

three months later

teen: CRAP! they are back again! time to get more Benadryl

undictionary

The undictionary is the opposite of the dictionary. It shows how all words and concepts including these have no real meaning and why, starting with the word a and ending with the letter z. It is very useful when one wants to control her/his own life, by so called others, and escape being a machine. It can refute any argument or control over ones life, provided one follows what is commonly called karma. It is starting to be assembled here and now, the only time and place that might be. We all know time, space, words, ideas, life, life, death, are just some of the more major ideas that have been used to control our behavior to reduce our lives to the mechanical level. Once the undictionary is fully assembled and widely accepted we can start to get out of the cave of plato and live life. Please remember words are only like fingers pointing, to start to get us where we need to go, and have no absolute intrincic meaning. One can not point to any thing except a thing itself, THAT thing pointed to is it's own meaning, not the words that are commonly applied to it.

She realized how smart he was and gave him a PhD degree and he could go back to working 6 hours a year for a middle class existence the way it should have been all along, and will be once the undictionary is accepted as meaningful, or more so, than the standard Webster-type dictionary."
