Tiburón

Tiburon means shark. The first time I heard it being used was in a Puerto Rican reggaeton song. I became curious and later figured out what the word meant by doing a little research.

Sharks are, or can be dangerous and aggressive hunters of prey.

The way the artist uses the word in the song below explains how he is setting a trap by tempting a female with his sexuality. Once she falls for his trap, he will be able to take her and have his way with her. In other words, he is sharking her.

Tiure is a German transcription of a French surname (meaning bronze in a distant language). It is unlikely that you will meet someone with this name, but it is not completely impossible.

Yeah, Tiure sneaks beer into kids’ parties but puts it in a tea cup to convince people its not alcohol on Saturdays. It’s like a family tradition or something.
