A "Stover" is an Orgy that you turn the thermostat all the way up so everyone is sweating profusely during the said Orgy.
Person 1: "Hey, did you hear that Mary-lou and Tommy are holding a Stover?"
Person 2: "Yeah, I was planning on going! I've never been in an Orgy before."
Person 1: "This isn't just an Orgy! This is a Stover!"
Person 2: "Isn't it the same thing?"
