Noli is a character from another asym game called FORSAKEN. Noli (Alongside with Nosferatu) currently doesn't have any Milestones (Which you obtain from leveling up). Due to this, it has been a joke in the community about the development team creating more VIP-exclusive killers and skins (Both for public or VIP).
