The Pissy Shitty, invented and patented in 1893 by M.M. O’Shaughnessy, is a bowl of popcorn that you pour Coca-Cola into. It is typically served in movie theaters across The United States in containers called “Piss Buckets”. Different states have different variations, with Texas using Dr. Pepper instead of the traditional Coca-Cola.
It is also served in some bars as an alcoholic variation (usually with dark liquor and Coca-Cola) called a “Friday Night Free And Easy”.

Specifically a vessel, containing water, with a mouthpiece and a removable 'cartridge'.
The 'cartridge' consists of a metal or glass tube inserted into the vessel at an angle, below the water level.
Into this 'cartridge' is packed (and we do mean PackeD)first a slice of cigarette, then powdered or finely crumbled cannabis. The cartridge is then re-inserted to the vessel and the toker burns the draw and pulls on the mouthpiece until the cigarette burns through,it 'pops', the cartridge is emptied and he or she gets an entire lungfull of smoke.
Which the author must note, has a marked effect on the sobriety of the toker.
The shotties origin seems to be the West Country (notably Somerset and Devon)but it's use has been recorded as far afield as London and the North West of England.

Get the shortiest mug.A Facebook group full of grown adults bashing and bullying each other for various reason. Doesn’t matter if you save a kitten, record a fight, flip a car, donate money, wear a Speedo, or wear a Superman cape. They will find a reason to disagree with your post and bash/bully you personally. Most of them are addicts/methheads themselves, sadly but choose to bash addicts and homeless of the surrounding area. Also a very racist/prejudice bunch. Seeing the names and professions of the group members, is horribly sad. Doctors, nurses, police officers, mental health providers, and homeless outreach members. These are members of the community you see every day when you leave your home. Talking about those you treat, those that keep you employed, those you are supposed to be helping.
To the spoon sniffers, glass blowers, and racists… if “Only god can judge you”, why do you do what you do? Say what you say?
If you don’t believe in that.. You all have family members, kids, people in your life that are effected by addictions, homelessness, and mental illness.. or might one day. Sad to see a community hurt each other like this for “fun.” It is not the people of this community you photograph that are shitty, it is those in this group that are…
