This is a statement made to indicate a situation a person doesn't want to just come out and say they enjoyed.

Something unexpected or unusual that the person in question wants to share with the group and when questioned on it; rather than give a straight answer, they say "well let's just say i wasn't mad about it".
Jeff: So last night maren came over and wanted to all of the sudden hook up so we made out for a while and she went home.

Beck: so how was it, that was a nice little nugget for the night?

Jeff: Let's just say I wasn't mad about it

A phrase that signifies that a person's prior remark could have been interpreted sexually while also insulting the (presumably male) speaker. Means that no woman would ever say such a thing about that person because it would be blatantly untrue. If the target of the comment is female, the related saying that's what he didn't say should be used.
Tim: "Hey man, check out big-ass bag of weed I scored from Sampson. Let's blaze this shit up."
Dave: "Wow, I've never seen one that big!"
Tim: "That's what she didn't say!"
Dave: "Ah, you got me there. I guess everyone knows I have a 3-inch penis."
Tim: "Well, I was just joking, but they do now!"

Let's not and say we did

Share definition
An old phrase which reentered popular culture in the early 90s after being used in The Simpsons by the character Ned Flanders. It subsequently became a minor catch phrase of his, used in some Simpsons merchandise.

It means exactly what it says (the "say we did" part may or may not be sarcastic) but is often said in a patronizing tone or otherwise as a witty remark in a variety of situations.
Girlfriend: Hey we should go ballroom dancing sometime it looks like fun!
Bloke: Uh let's not and say we did...

Pissed Dude (Getting Carried Away): Huh that 60 year old barmaid looks like such a slut. I bet you could pull her. Infact I bet we could be fucking her from both ends at the same time before the night's out haha, that's how much of a desperate slut she is.
Other Guy: Haha yea but let's not and say we did!
Pissed Dude: Hah damn right

Literally speaking, you have nothing else to say and don't know.
Can be used to exit/end a conversation, justify a break-up/cheat-on, and as an excuse for not wanting to think.
This phrase has an angry/indifferent/anxious undertone.

This phrase can also be followed by ", eh eh." often referenced by Monsters from "Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)" by Lady GaGa.
1. A: "I can't believe you fucking slept with him last night, you promised you'd never cheat on me..."
B: "I was so wasted last night, I'm sorry..."
A: "There's nothing else I can say."

2. A: "Did you seriously max-out my credit card...?"
B: "It was an accident... there's nothing else I can say..."
