Where ones arm flails back and then forward uncontrollably and then your hand moves in a circle. It is most common to come down with this disease in February and early March but it is possible to develop an acute case as early as January. This disease cannot be cured by a doctor but instead by your local department of natural resources with the purchase of 1 fishing license and several treatments at the local lakes and reservoirs.

Employee: I can't come into work today I have a bad case of saugitis.

Boss: Don't come in and infect the rest of us! *Click*

Employee: Hell yeah he bought it put the tackle in the truck and lets go!

Saugatuck Tickler

When a drunken man approaches a female as she is trying to exit a bar and proceeds to chase after her while moving his fingers gently in a tickling motion.

Originally thought of as an Urban Legend, the Saugatuck Tickler was last spotted during a July bachelor party in Saugatuck Michigan.

"Dont be doing that, your married" said the bachelor as his buddy gave that girl the old Saugatuck Tickler as she was leaving the bar.

A person of undetermined or difficult to ascertain gender. Either a masculine female or an effeminate male. Someone who cannot be placed in the traditionally defined gender of either male or female. Can be applied to: transgendered, transvestite etc.

Origin: a portmanteau of 'son' and 'daughter'.

Also, of 'sought of' or 'sorta' meaning 'not quite'.

ie: He's saughter a guy, saughter a girl. He's saughter.
