Ratified

When a member of the friend group wants to initiate in the consumption of a potentially harmful substance (e.g. cocaine), said friend must get formal consent from the group. If majority approval is given, consumption is allowed.

Can also be applied to less harmful substances at odd hours (e.g. morning beers).

Randy: Breakfast beers anyone?
Group: Ratified

Randy: Is everyone cool if I do a line right now?
Group: Ratified
Eddy: Rack one up for me to!
