Literally means "lazy". It is also used as an insult. It refers to Mexican borns whom move to America . The inferance is that they are too lazy to make Mexico work,so they left / sold out , to live outside of Mexico.

A person from Mexican descent born in the US who does not speak Spanish properly and try overly pose themselves as true Mexicans. Yet they can't put the effort to even learn the language. They usually are ignorant and come from underprivileged backgrounds.
All of these while unbeknownst to them, most mainland mexicans make fun of them.
