A Penda is a boss bitch/babe depending on who you are to her. She doesn’t care much for gossip because she is always busy improving herself. She is a paradox. Once timid, now she doesn’t have time for the shit. A penda is a very attractive girl, beautiful inside and out, hard to get to know at times but once you get to know her she's actually not that bad! if you guys are really close she will slowly let down her many walls. Term that the readers of the Archie's Sonic The Hedgehog comic use to refer to the lawsuit between Archie Comics and the former writer Ken Penders, who copyrighted all his original characters from the comic. The lawsuit resulted in the removal of a large chunk of characters and back story from the comic, which leaded to a reboot. More specifically, the removal all the original characters and stories not created by the current head writer Ian Flynn.
