netchav is a derivative of the term chav but a netchav is someone that takes this style onto the internet. they often use txt langaige on IRC and chatrooms.

a netchave is some one that would talk like this on IRC.

Yeah, I was there in 2019-20 year. Pretty much graduated on Skype after paying for school in Switzerland and taking online classes at home for half the year.
