Lorianna

A Lorianna is very quiet, shy, and hates being in the center of attention, but a nice and funny girl that you can tell everything. She won't judge you, and she's a great listener. Loti is an amazing girl, she’s all around perfect. Once she’s in your life she’s massively important to you, in fact you might say she is the centre of your life. There is never a second where she isn’t there to lift you up. I’m so lucky to have crossed passed paths with Loti. Whenever I’m with her I’m different, but in a good way. I smile and laugh more, she’s so easy to open up to abs always seems to make things better. She’s unbelievably gorgeous inside and out. I feel as if I’ve won the lottery with her, she is special and magic, she makes my life a thousand times better just by being there. When I look at her I know I have hit the jackpot like I said she’s smell around perfect, from her looks to her personality and her amazing voice.

motion is lotion

Physical activity and movement used to prevent and relieve arthritis pain. The idea that exercise can be just as effective as all those pills, patches and creams for joint health.

The physical therapist suggested an exercise plan to help with my arthritis pain. He said motion is lotion.
