Kayaking in the lake that used to be your front yard or in the river that used to be the street in front of your house.

It's rained so much in Rhode Island lately that I've decided to do some suburban kayaking.

kuyoki

A Japanese-inspired noun meaning "battle-hardened lover". A kuyoki can be described as any person or entity, regardless of gender or race, that has encountered great hardships in life but continues to live a lifestyle of generosity, and has a great capacity for emotional flexibility, love, and trust. Not to be mistaken for naivety. These types of people are very rare; kuyoki are said to be the bravest, purest, and most wonderful people to walk the planet.

The young boy had so much taken from him. There was so much he didn't deserve to go through. Even still, he's always there for the people who need someone by their side. Despite everything he's gone through, he still loves everyone he meets and is determined to make everyone happy. He is a true kuyoki.
