Mutual Intoxication

When two are infatuated or in love so much they can do anything else or get anything done. When two are sick, glassy eyed, and nothing or nobody in there surroundings matters.

My friend and his girlfriend have mutual intoxication. Sorry man I can't go fishing with you because I have to lay around and stare at my woman all day long.

intoxivacation

The occasional recreational use of large amounts of intoxicants in order to engage in escapism from troublesome or unpleasant aspects of your life. Particularly appropriate for a person who perhaps is technically considered to be abusing the drug, but is otherwise functional the rest of the time.

I'm not a pothead. I smoke like four times a year. Yes, I smoke half an ounce each time, but it's not like I can fly off to Cancun for the cost of half an ounce. It's my intoxivacation.

Prehypna Intoxication

A state of cognitive impairment most akin to alcoholic intoxication, caused by sleep deprivation (mild to severe), wherein the inflicted will behave in a manner one would associate with being drunk, hence the colloquial terminology, "Sleep Drunk." (Not to be confused with "Sleep Drunkenness.")

"It's just a case of prehypna intoxication, he's acting silly because he's been up for 32 hours."
