-inell was used by a group of 3 mates known as 'BBB' from Manchester who placed the suffix on varierty of words usually to give more emphasis on a particular word. It's usually used as a form of banter in everyday Conversation. The inell from fuckinell was taken from this to form other words.

iNail is when someone purposely grows a nail on their fingers or thumb for the purpose of operating their PDA's or media player more efficiently. The most common nail seen grown is on the right thumb as most people operate their media devices with their right hand. The root of this word comes from the iPod and was inspired by women who find it much easier to operate their media devices because of their longer finger nails.
