The thing ya momma and aunts say the kids doing. Manley when there’s a large gathering of siblings and cousins. Hoopin and hollerin is a way older adults like to describe how loud kids sound.(Mostly just black parents)

Stranger #1: Yo, isn't that Hollernation, the cool group from the Shire coming down the street. All they like to do is drink and yell "Holler." They rock!!

Stranger #2: Sure is. Hollernation is the shit!! They tend to get alittle handsey and crux too!!
