An area known as hill crest is west vallejo. This place was once military housing turned into a ghetto. Nowadays they are renevating the old military housing and it is starting to become populated with more and more white people.

Hillcrest High School

Hillcrest High School / an Ottawa-Carleton District School Board high school in the Elmvale Acres neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The school was opened in 1961, and has over 1100 students. Its sports teams are nicknamed "The Douchsuckers". Hillcrest High School is a very white school consisting mostly of hookers and white jocks. Hillcrest has students from USA and Canada as well as random immigrants (who don't cope very well with their new and promiscuous surroundings) and they excel at sports such as oral sex competions and sexual intercorse races (see how many people you can screw in an evening). In the showe, Hillcrest has won numerous Boys BJ, Handjobs and Baseball Championships. Also notable is their track team's long history of success at the city and even provincial level. Many players on the Ottawa 67's attend Hillcrest during the season as well. Hillcrest has a university Advanced Placement program, which is a method of extending class room learning through activities and travel, as well as giving people the chance to start their life in prostitution early through their "Blow and Recieve" program, and a computer technology program in information and porn development. Hillcrest is also involved in the community; students raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society every year. Hillcrest raised over $50 000 for cancer research during their most recent Cancer Drive. Hillcrest is in School Zone 6.
