2. having sex completely under the sheets (a common practice in shared bedrooms, youth hostels, and homeless shelters); the visual product of 'ghosting' is typically a writhing, ghost-like mass on the surface of the bed (some seem to believe that they are totally invisible to onlookers while 'ghosting', but this is generally not the case).
3. achieving orgasm without ejaculating (or with a 'dry-ejaculation'); this can sometimes be achieved by pinching the base of the penis during orgasm to flush the semen into the bladder or by having ejaculated multiple times in succession to discharge all available semen before attempting to 'ghost' (neither method is reliable)
4. a rarely used, truncated, alternate term for 'ghostriding the whip'; preferred by some to the acronymic 'GRTW' (pronounced gertwah)

Ghosting

The act of suddenly ceasing all communication, particularly electronic communication with a specific person, and it usually involves the "ghoster" completely blocking electronically the "ghostee" from being able to communicate with them. The "ghoster" usually does this to the person that they are dating and/or romantically involved with, but no longer wishes to either date and/or be romantically involved with. Ghosting is done in hopes that the ghostee will just "get the hint" (i.e tick tock) and leave the ghoster alone, as opposed to the "ghoster" communicating their true feelings in a manner akin to an adult. Ghosting is not specific to a certain gender (although females engage in the behavior more than males) and is closely related to the subject's maturity, communication and ability to deal with conflict skills.

Ghosting is the providence of emotional, behavioral and situational cowards. Ghosting is the operative, almost default behavior of choice for conflict avoidant/conflict adverse/self-absorbed/self-centered/selfish people because it is easier to "ghost" than to deal with conflict. It is easier to blow someone off than to do introspection. Whoa, that's way too scary for ghosters.

Lisa has blocked me on both Facebook and WhatsApp and all my calls go directly to voice mail. I think she's ghosting me because we have not spoken in a week.

Instagram-Ghosting

Instagram-ghosting is when you add someone on Instagram just to get them to follow you back then as soon as they do you unfollow them hoping they wont notice. People do this to gain more followers than adds and to appear popular.
Sometimes people add lists of people in bulk and unfollow them again in bulk. This usually cultivates tens of followers and likes.

It's quite rude and needy.

Instagram-Ghosting: I thought this model added me on instagram because they liked my pictures but as soon as they got my follow-back they Instagram-ghosted me.
