It is called a "Garden Job" because if you are attempting to succeed at this career, you should probably plant a garden to make sure you don't starve. A few examples of "Garden Jobs" would be an artist, a famous actor, a YouTuber, etc. Often many young people have convinced themselves that, despite the odds, they will succeed at these Garden Jobs, only to have their dreams crushed.
Me: Man, Dave needs to get his head out of the clouds. He thinks he'll become a millionaire on YouTube.
