The process of digging inside one's testicle, possibly even entering it:

Endro- stems from endo- (Greek for "within" or "inside")
Norch stems from orch (meaning testicle)
-ing = action/process

After feeling things move around in his testicles, he began endronorching to find out what was bothering him.
