Dubious Consent

Sexual consent that is meaningless because the consenter has an impaired state of mind, no option to decline, or does not know what they are consenting to.

Having sex with them is very likely to still be rape and leave crippling psychological scars.

Kyle: "I found a girl at the bar who is into me. She is wasted but she said yes when I asked to fuck her"

Brian: "That's dubious consent. Her mind is impaired and she might not truly want it. You should wait until she is sober and ask again before you start your sexual relations".

Dacious

Dacious was a word coined back in the roaring 20's by transvestites. It was a term they could use in public to communicate their way of life to other members of their community, as during this time period they were considered social pariah's. This word has recently become re-popularized by the great actor Matt Damon.
