Drowned Outrage

A phenomenon on social media and forums where many people complain about an outrage but never see any evidence for said outrage. This usually happens when a small minority opinion gets blown up with hyperbole and overshadowed by the counter-outrage.
Sometimes, the counter-outrage will also be overshadowed by people realizing they can't find the original outrage.

Where are the people they're complaining about? This has to be some drowned outrage.

BEN drowned

A creepypasta written by youtuber jadusable. The pasta revolves around the game released 9 years before, the legend of zelda, majoras mask. The story basically tells about the author. Looking for new games, N64 games in general. He just so happens to find one at a yard sale from an elderly man. The creepyness starts after he tries the game in his new N64. The game had been played, he could tell, there was a file under the name BEN. The game goes crazy, jumpscares of some of the games characters appear, even a tune from the game, the song of healing, is played backwards to frighten him. The save files are also messed up. They start to say things like, your turn, ben drowned in separate files, ect. The game had huge glitches and gave him nightmares, it talked to him. It told him of a website, clevwrbot.com, in which he could communicate with this "ben" fellow. It turned out that "ben" had drowned. But in the end, all ben wanted was to be set free.

A creepypasta that i think is the most scary one, a boy named tom wins a nintendo 64 but he has only one game, super smash bros 64, he find a old man that give him a cartdrige of zelda majora's mask, buf with no cover, when he plays the game strange things starts to happen, he records with his notebook to put on youtube, but when he plugs in the notebook, a site opens and someone talk to him, the text says that he are named ben, and he dronwed and his ghost haunts the game, and he says you should'n have done that. Then tom helps ben to be famous in the youtube and making his dad that drowned him suffer.

There are some videos on the youtube such as ben.avi, dronwed.mp3, and others, but they are all fake.
Ben drowned is scary.
