The red veins that appear on one's nose after years of righteous boozing. The veins may be accompanied by pocks and vodka filled bubble busters that fester on your face until you dunk them in holy water.

Stefan: Oh, that Tuborg pint looks really cheap.

Sam: you can't! Look at the boozenomics it's only 2.6 units for £2.60 that's a ratio of 1:1. The bengali tiger can is 355ml but 2.6 units for £1.99. That's 1.3:0.985, way better.
