burned out

What occurs when you overwork yourself into a state of limited mental acuity, depleted emotions, and strength completely drained from your body.

I was so burned out I didn't even know I was burned out. When three days of vacation helped maybe 2%, I realized I had to cut way, way back on the hours. I don't mind playing brinksmanship with myself, screwing around until deadline on shit I have to do. But, when I miss even those basic deadlines and my important stuff just starts piling up - of what I can't even function enough to take care of - well, it was pathetic, and I'm only just now coming out of it after chilling a few weeks.

Bournemouth Bomber

Bournemouth Bomber - The bomber is a extremely high in volume and nearly illegal drink, which can be found in the suburbs of Gran Alicante, Spain. The drink comprises of all the same ingredients as a 'fat frog' but with the added extra of 150ml of absinthe. The cocktail must be served in a pitcher and consumed through straws for added campness.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Smirnoff Ice
1 bottle Bacardi Breezer Orange
1 bottle WKD Original Vodka Blue
150ml of Absinthe

burned my workplace down

A term for "awesome". As in, wouldn't it be awesome to wake up in the morning and find out your shitty, boring job burned down, meaning you don't have to come in and are free to go out and play.

Can also substitute with other ways that your job meets a fiery end, such as "burned my job down/lit my cubicle on fire/firebombed work"

"Did you hear that guitar solo?"

"Yea, it totally burned my workplace down!"

"That pizza burned my workplace down!"

"Star Wars was a great movie, it burned my workplace down!"
