verb: 1. To wander or go from place to place, often aimlessly or without a goal. Typically, this is done good-naturedly and in good spirits, but results in wasted time. Essentially, it is equivalent to "doing nothing". Nothing productive, at least.

Kerstin is a real space-cadet. It's funny to watch her wasting time boppin' around.
